The Saints & Sigils Collection

The Saints & Sigils Collection is ongoing, and will be the content of my first solo exhibition beginning in July of this year. This series has allowed me to explore my connection to religion, as well as do some interesting research on the lives of the Saints. I’ve relied heavily on the 1902 text “Saints & Their Symbols” and have thoroughly enjoyed being able to interpret the Saints literally, or symbolically. This series covers a wide range of subject matter, each piece representing a singular Saint, or an attribute of theirs. I’ve been fortunate to be able to source vintage frames for nearly the whole collection. Sustainable practice is what I strive for. I hope you enjoy the visual delight that this collection is becoming.
